• Review and approve proofs and drafts in a timely manner. Askar Group is not liable for errors in final printed materials if the client has given final proof approval.

All quotes provided via our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing will be confirmed upon a detailed review of your project requirements. Payment terms, including required deposits for large-scale printing orders, will be outlined in your specific project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Property: You retain all ownership rights to the original content, logos, and materials you provide to us.
• Askar Group Property: Any templates, proprietary strategies, or original designs created by Askar Group remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in a written agreement upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Askar Group, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays in shipping or printing caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, depending on the jurisdiction in which your primary service contract is executed.
